Return Eligibility and Timeframe

You can request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order at eventhgeneration. To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Products should be returned with their original packaging whenever possible.

Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, notify us immediately at juwewkarl@gmail.com. Please include photos of the item and your order details to help us assist you quickly and accurately.

Return Shipping Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. For eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect items, eventhgeneration will cover the return shipping fees.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
Note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel an order, please contact eventhgeneration within 24 hours of placing it. After this 24-hour window, cancellation may not be possible if your order has already been processed or shipped.
